Step 1: Share Your Vision
The journey to your bold, custom helmet starts with a simple conversation. Whether you’re an amateur or a professional, we begin by listening to your ideas, style preferences, and the specific goals you have for your gear.
During this initial consultation, we’ll ask for your helmet type, preferred color palette, logos, and overall style direction. We also discuss your deadline and budget to ensure a seamless fit. Once we have the full picture, we provide clear timing and pricing for your approval before any vinyl is cut.
Step 2: Concepts & DesignÂ
Once we have your vision locked in, the creative engine starts. We build detailed mock-ups that show exactly how your chosen colors, logos, and graphic elements will wrap around the specific curves of your helmet type.
We will then send these for you to review. We don't just ask if you like it—we want your honest feedback on every line and shade. We refine the design to ensure every detail is perfect and you give the final sign-off to move into production.
Step 3: Vinyl Production & Application
Once the design is finalized, we move into the production phase. We use high-performance, automotive-grade vinyl specifically chosen for its durability and vibrant color payoff. Each element of your design is precisely cut and, where necessary, layered by hand to create the complex, bold patterns that Vinyl11Designs is known for across the U.S.
The application process is where the magic happens. We meticulously clean and prepare your helmet's surface to ensure a perfect bond. Every strip and logo is applied by hand, navigating the complex curves of the helmet with expert precision. This manual approach guarantees a clean, bubble-free, and incredibly durable finish that can withstand the rigors of racing.
Step 4: Final Check & Delivery
Before any helmet leaves our studio, it undergoes a rigorous final inspection. We check every millimeter of the vinyl application to ensure the layering is flawless, the edges are secure, and the design matches your ideas perfectly. We often send high-resolution photos of the finished piece so you can see the result!

Once complete, we schedule a pickup or delivery time based on your needs.Â
